In order to build a story of completing a mission my plan of attack consists of four parts.
I plan to use items 2 and 4 from the list as my base for the project. Item 2 is in regard to Canada-Russia ties and Item 4 deals with Professor Bond working with the Russians.
Part I – Beginning the mission.
In this first part I plan to rely on video as my first media component. I will film myself detailing a mode of action to Agent Tilbit and a team composed of other DS106 agents that he will lead. I will relay a back story regarding the Canada-Russia connection and reveal the mission the spies will engage on.
Part II – Response.
Through a different media my spy team will respond back to me regarding the progress of their mission. Instead of video I think I will use sound production including sound effects, voice changers, etc. in order to really make it appear as though my spies are communicating with me from across the globe.
Part III – Betrayal!
At this point it will be revealed that Professor Bond is a double agent – he’s working for the Russians! This part will depend on a third medium. I think here I will use photos to show evidence of this double crossing connection and to inform the spy team.
Part IV – Completing the mission.
To conclude the mission the spy team will outwit the Russians and Canadians (of course) and return home. I think I may include a combination of mediums here.
In order to connect the parts I like the idea of connecting the crucial places in the project through a Google Map and then further tying them together through a blog post that would explain the story line in greater detail.
I’m unsure if I will incorporate the results from my Twitter polls (Twitter polls post) or not. At this point it doesn’t seem like the details that are specifically contained in the questions I asked will relate to the Canada-Professor Bond-Russia triangle theme, but I do plan to incorporate other elements from the agent bios into the project.
